Currently starting at $2,300.00 and booking up to 1 year in advance
We step in 4 weeks before your wedding and help pull the details together. We discuss the logistics of your wedding day, develop a wedding day time line and if necessary, visit your reception site to visualize the set up. We will confirm services with your vendors, conduct the rehearsal. On the day of the wedding, we will perform light set up of your personal items and will be on-site on the day of your wedding. Currently starting at $1300.00 and booking up to 6 months in advance

Are you having a small wedding? Did you and your fiance elope and now want to have a wedding reception? Coming back from your destination wedding and want to celebrate with all your family and friends? This package is created for the couple who has planned the wedding themselves but seek assistance on the wedding day with the reception only. The Reception Director includes an in-person consultation to discuss the reception logistics, review or create a wedding day time-line, supervision of vendor arrivals and set up, coordination of the flow of wedding activities with DJ, and 6 hours of on-site management of the reception.
